Reporting the Result The Home and Away Teams telephone the Result Secretary with the result of the game, confirm venue and pitch number if available, and kick off time. The full names of their goalscorers and the name of the Referee. Both Teams are encouraged to telephone or Fax a report on the game to the Results Secretary for submission to the Football Mail.
